The new tumbling machine with barrels 120SP 4.0 allows to optimize the strength and the efficiency of the tumbling process, mechanizing and integrating it with the new technologies.

Two independent barrels: two 0.37 KW autobrake gearmotors and the control panel with two inverters allow to activate and regulate independently the two barrels
Structure in tube: 50x50x3 mm
Registrable pins: diameter 125 mm
External protection with wavy metal net, hole 43×10 mm
Painting chance of the metal net with customized color
Gate with two doors with safety micron for the doors opening

With PLC it is possible to supervise from remote access:

phase time with beginning and ending activity
regulation of every single barrel laps
reverse gear

Barrels features:

Two multilayer and octagonal barrels in beechwood or bamboowood: 120x60x30 cm with two holes
Two doors for each hole with perforated metal sheet of aspiration, hole 3 mm – hole gap 3 mm
Joints and hooks of anti-opening safety blocking
