We have studied specific solutions for the finishing of componentry, details and applications for eyewear with vibrators, turbos, water-based hermetic tumbling machines, high-speed satellite tumblers and magnetic machines. Thanks to Pai Classic line for the wet tumbling process, which includes plastic preformeds, ceramic and pocellain chips, abrasive compounds and powders, polishing and antioxidant emulsions, burrs, scratches, incisions and imperfections can be completely removed from the surface of nose pads, bridges, joints, hinges, temples, decorations in monel, alpacca, aluminium, zama, brass, steel, titanium and other metals. A completely flat and polish surface can be obtained thanks to the abrasive compounds created for the dry vibro-finishing in open machines, with woods or vegetal granules.
Bench wheels and resin diamond wheels guarantee a precise removing of residues formed from welding procedures and other processing phases. Bar solide compounds allow to obtain an extremely shiny surface without any imperfection.
